Compare prices from multiple booking suppliers and find the best hotel deal in Selsey.

Selsey sits at the tip of the Manhood Peninsula in West Sussex, a small fishing town better known for crab and lobster boats than tourism infrastructure. Its main draws are the shingle-and-sand beach, the RNLI lifeboat station, and Selsey Bill itself, a headland popular with anglers and birdwatchers, with the Pagham Harbour nature reserve close by for waders and migrating flocks. It's also a diving spot, thanks to wrecks and the remains of a Mulberry Harbour offshore.

Be honest: there's very little to do here after dark, the town centre is functional rather than pretty, and with only five hotels listed, choice is thin — book early in summer when caravan parks and second-homers fill the area. It works best as a base for coastal walking, sailing or a quiet family beach trip rather than a proper weekend away. Stay as close to the seafront as you can, since Selsey itself is small enough that location elsewhere in town makes little practical difference.
