Hotels in Spielberg

Spielberg is a village in Styria's Mur valley whose fields hold the Red Bull Ring, the compact, fast circuit that hosts Austria's MotoGP round against a genuinely lovely backdrop of green alpine hills. There is no town to speak of at the track: the local bases are Knittelfeld and Zeltweg minutes away, Judenburg a little further, and a wide scatter of farm B&Bs that regulars rebook year after year.

Graz, the nearest real city, is about an hour away. Race weekends soak up every bed in the valley months in advance, and trackside camping is half the culture here anyway. Outside the racing calendar it's quiet hiking and cycling country.
