Hotels in Williamsburg, New York

Williamsburg is Brooklyn's hip waterfront district — a hub of independent music, art, vintage shops, craft breweries and some of the city's best new restaurants, all under postcard Manhattan skyline views across the East River. The L train and the ferry put downtown and Midtown within easy reach. It suits younger and creative travellers who want a stylish, lively base outside Manhattan, with better value and a stronger local scene. Weekends bring rooftop bars, smorgasbord markets and crowds. For travellers who'd rather stay where New Yorkers actually go out, Williamsburg is the call.
