A good base for a trip to Athens

Pros: The Delux Double with city view room was large and comfortable. You could see the Acropolis if you leaned out the window. Breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The bar, restaurant and rooftop bar had good atmosphere and were busy. Cons: Despite the well insulated windows we could hear the noise from the square until after midnight. At the restaurant the person serving was using a phone to process payment but this did not work with my credit card. We have not had a problem elsewhere where card readers are used. This was inconvenient as

Perfection

The room was perfect, the staff are amazing.

Short but sweet

Pros: Great location. Amazing staff. And the best rooftop bar with picturesque view of the Acropolis. Cons: Nothing. No notes.

faburlous place to stay in Athens

Pros: I cannot imagine a better location. And they had a roof top restaurant/bar. If you stayed there, there was always a space for you. It was quite a popular place so that was a big perk. The gals at reception could not have been more helpful. If we return to Athens, we would look no further for accommodations. Cons: Music from the rooftop bar was a bit noisy
