Pros: We have stayed at the Ambassador Transit Hotel a few times now and they are always spotless, clean, fresh and comfortable rooms. The staff are always pleasant and efficient. Cons: Nothing

Great concept for a short term sleep between flights.
Pros: Great concept of being able to sleep and shower between flights without having to enter Singapore. Cons: It’s not cheap, but I guess it’s a supply and demand situation.
High cost for average room and amenities. No bar drive for my medication. Won’t go there again as too difficult to organ
Pros: The bed was comfy enough but not above average. Cons: The location, signage was poor to get there, staff didn’t answer repeated calls, I did not know about needing a boarding pass to get there. It took me a long time to sort that out as the airline staff had left the terminal.
