The lounge side heck in is great, Steven is very good reception. The hotel side staff have bad attitude due to I didn't book the room for Hotel web. The two ladys at hotel counter need have more trainings, thabks

Waste of money, you can get more comfortable chairs around the airport with wifi and power outlets for free.
