This hotel was exceptional, felt very luxurious and actually exceeded my expectations
This hotel was exceptional, felt very luxurious and actually exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger then expected, the cot provided was of to a great standard, the facilities in the hotel were also great! The access to the train system makes the location very convenient.

Super séjour, très confortable, très agréable et personnel sérieux et disponible
Chambre très lumineuse et agréable, bien équipée. Super petit déjeuner et restaurants dans l'hôtel. Station de métro dans le sous-sol ce qui est très pratique et facilite grandement les déplacements.

Awesome Hotel!
Loved the hotel room and grounds. Excellent service. The rooms were clean and the design was very cool. Checking was smooth and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Quality of service drop
The service was not up to standard and was significantly worse compared with my previous two visits. The phone operators were unhelpful and often came across as arrogant when I called, and on one occasion my call was not returned. I had also specifically requested maintenance for the air conditioning because when I check in I feel like I’m in a sauna room, but it is still not cold and the issue has not been properly resolved. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would expect much better follow-up and customer service. Will i come back, still a question
