Pros: The location is fairly convenient. Cons: The layout of the room I stayed in was strange and poorly designed. The floor was dirty, the room felt very damp, and the soundproofing was extremely poor.

Overall satisfied with the facilities. The stay was comfortable.

Pros: Location is near the Paya Lebar Square and public transport. The room was clean but with basic facilities. Cons: The air-conditioning wasn’t very good. Breakfast options are limited. Some traffic noise in the night.
