This hotel was not what I was expecting as an overall The street it’s located on is not maintained and when first arriving at hotel its entrance is not apparent or desirable-there is a metal locked gate over door. It app. I booked the EXPERIENCE SUITE for 4 nights and it was nothing more than a bigger room… no suite. No chair or sofa. No where for luggage…Nothing more than one small bench to place a little bag on and a few hangers but no where else to put clothes. There weren’t any towel hooks in the bathroom and the only plug for hairdryer was outside bathroom. The websites note the room

The people ALWAYS make the difference, and your staff: Margaret, Cosmos, Eva and Harry were superb. Views from rooftop were amazing!!! Decor and decoration of the entire hotel were top shelf.

Lovely hotel, great location
This hotel was in a great location with easy access to the major attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooftop sitting area was Amazing !
