Good as a location and staff with poor hospitality

Pros: The staff was helpful Cons: I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. I noticed a significant drop in the level of hospitality compared to my previous visits. Specifically, there was no water provided in the room, and the tea/sugar supplies were not replenished during my stay. These are small details, but they make a big difference in guest comfort. I hope you can return to the previous standard of service
