Pros: Stayed the night after a gig

Pros: Stayed the night after a gig. Nice basic room, no issues walking back through the area at night, friendly staff and unbelievably cheap beer! There's a system in place if you arrive back after the pub has closed, so you can still access your room. Fridge was an unexpected bonus. Bed and shower both decent enough at the price point. Cons: The area was quite noisy late at night and from early in the morning, and it was a hot night so had to keep the windows open. That's just London though, and at this price you wouldn't expect air con.

You get what you pay for I guess, but still felt overcharged for basic dirty room. Sorry guys, not a great experience

Cons: Room was exceptionally small with just enough room for a double bed, fridge and an en suite crow barred into the corner. Out of date milk left in the fridge (2 months). Needs to be updated and basic maintenance carried out. Door handle was hanging off and nearly locked in. Needs a new cleaner I’m sorry to say. Smoking dodgy cigs in the garden all day and night.

A budget inn with mixed reviews but we find it adequate for 2-nights + very accommodating staff!

Pros: The location was perfect for me, the room was adequate, we had a bedroom at the top so there was no noise from the busy road below. The room had an ensuite bathroom, which was clean. At first glance, we were a bit worried but it turned out to be OK. I especially liked the value for money in London, and otherwise it was as advertised a 2 star accommodation above a pub. The staff was really nice and accommodating - they were showed us all available rooms to choose from in the end, and the atmosphere was cool in the pub in the evening during the World Cup final. Cons: Carpet everywhere... n

Pros: It was fairly near Tottenham Stadium which is where we needed to be Cons: Very basic facilities, bathroom was the size of a cupboard and couldn't use the sink as it was the size of a small bowl!
