Pros: Очень удобное расположение. Чистые небольшие номера, отличное соотношение цена/качество Cons: На завтрак очень маленький выбор еды и очень специфичный (все местное)

Pros: トラムの停留所の目の前で、トラムの利用にはとても便利。地下鉄に行くには徒歩５分以上歩きますが、鉄道利用できる。近くにセブンイレブン、サークルKがあり便利。近くの飲食店は軒並み現金しか使えない所がほとんどですが、繁華街から離れているせいかリーズナブルな店が多いように感じた。 Cons: 3人宿泊するのに、タオルが２セット分だったり、宿泊した次の日にタオルが交換されていなかったりしたので、フロントに言いに行ったらすぐに改善した。ソファーベットもベットメイキングされていなかったが、フロントに言いに行ったらすぐに作ってくれた。最初からサービスが行き届いてはいないが、言ったらすぐ改善してくれる。
