Excellent loved everything else.
Pros: I didn't really like the breakfast, sorry. Everything else was really nice and comfortable, staff looked after us really well and we really enjoyed our stay at the Concorde. Pool facilities were excellent. Location of Concorde Hotel was perfect for shopping Ochard Plaza great, Somerset 123 was great, Food Republic was awesome place to eat, Sinperium Plaza great shopping also. Pros: Safe. Cons: Breakfast was poor. The hotel was tired-looking. Amenities were lacking.
Room a little dated, but clean, amenities were good, shopping was close by.
Pros: Good variety at breakfast Cons: Coffee grade was not to my liking too strong

Pros: The Location is very nice Cons: The Hotel is too old and not worth the 5 stars and the value of money. They don't clean the room everyday which is strange for a 5 star hotels. Maybe it was 5 star hotel 25 years ago but now it should maximum have 3 stars rating
The lounge is the best place to spend quiet time!!!
