Pros: The room was good, and met expectations
Pros: The room was good, and met expectations. The marble on the floor at the entrance could do with a polish. I reported a low battery level on the safe and a leaking tap, which were both fixed promptly.
Cons: The wifi; in order to access wifi, the user had to give not only his or her name and room number (normal practice), but was then redirected to another page and had to enter name, email, and phone number details. Why is this necessary? The hotel already has this information, and I suspect it's to sell data to a third party.

- Overprice with less facilities than others normal luxury hotels
- not muslim friendly hotel
- Front desk was very slow handling during check in even less 3 ppl
- never come again here, so many options nearby

MRTのPromenade駅の出口からすぐのアクセスで、Marina Bay SandsやGardens by the Bayまでも徒歩圏内と観光を楽しむのに十分な立地。またSuntec CityやMillenia walk、Marina squareといった大型ショッピング施設が周りにあるため、基本足りないものは補充可能。シンガポールでは飲料の価格が高いため、Suntec Cityにあったドンキ
MRTのPromenade駅の出口からすぐのアクセスで、Marina Bay SandsやGardens by the Bayまでも徒歩圏内と観光を楽しむのに十分な立地。またSuntec CityやMillenia walk、Marina squareといった大型ショッピング施設が周りにあるため、基本足りないものは補充可能。シンガポールでは飲料の価格が高いため、Suntec Cityにあったドンキに助けられた。部屋はとても綺麗で、電源もベッドサイドのものはユニバーサルタイプだったため変換アダプタ不要で充電が出来た。プランに含まれていた朝食と夕食はいずれも1階にあるOscar’sでビュッフェだったが、特に夕食時のメインディッシュやデザートは大変美味しく満足。最終日はチェックアウト前に部屋でスーツケースを預け、観光してから受け取りが出来たので楽だった。

Excelente atención y habitaciones muy cómodas
La atención del personal es excelente desde el momento en que llegas hasta que te vas. Tienen un número de WhatsApp para comunicarte en cualquier momento si necesitas algo y las instalaciones son excelentes, se siente el nivel premium del hotel en todo momento, incluso en los detalles más pequeños de la habitación
