Nice rooms, frustrating start to the stay trying to sort issues.

Pros: Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Well equipped tea/coffee etc. good location. Cons: Air con did not work at all. Control for air con was even inaccessible down the side of a heavy wardrobe. Communication with staff for help was extremely frustrating. Do not book if it is hot and you are banking on the air con like us. They should not be advertising the air Co. Staff unable to provide fans or help in the warm weather.

No facilities and no maintenance.

Firstly, this is not a hotel. Its an Airbnb, no matter how it is portrayed on Booking.com. There are no staff, there are no facilities, really is a house of multiple occupation. It initially looks very nice, until you spend time there. communal carpets need a good clean, failed lightbulbs at the top of a very dark staircase generally, a lack of care and attention. The room was very small in the loft of the building. The tap in the bathroom is hanging off, The shower head leaks all night and hasn't seen a good clean and descale in many years. Great location and excellent facilities

Pros: Great location, lovely room. Easy to access cafe next door. Good easy access. Cons: WiFi was poor and meant that we could not watch the football we had planned to watch. One of the window locks was broken, my husband fixed it.

Gorgeous hotel, spacious room with AC!

Pros: Gorgeous hotel, lovely, spacious room, appreciated the AC and mini fridge in this weather. Felt overall clean, the finer details like cups and coffee/tea selection was great. Mostly quiet, great location. Loved the shower and water quality. Cons: While it felt clean, it seemed like the smaller details were overlooked - stains and sticky areas on carpet, spoons for tea and water bottles stained too. I enjoyed my stay, was travelling for work and unfortunately the WiFi was shockingly slow and constantly connecting and disconnecting from devices which was a downer for me.
