Pros: the front desk staff was excetionally nice. the room is clean and the room smells so good Cons: there was an ongoing construction on the road so there was a bit of a hustle on the traffic going out of the hotel

Turned away at front desk with a legitimate reservation.

AWFUL customer service by both the front desk and corporate customer service. I booked the room with a credit card on which I am an AUTHORIZED user. The card is not in my name, however, I am an AUTHORIZED user which would take no time to verify. I was told I could not check into the room even though prior to me booking the room, I asked customer service if that would be OK to use that particular credit card since the one with my name on it was compromised. I was informed it should not be an issue. I was turned away from the front desk with luggage in hand, when I really needed a place to stay,
