Just GOOD & will come back

The room is small but clean & tidy. Awesome location, it is just in the middle of Changi airport & downtown, it is also next to many good restaurants & eating houses.

Pros: I booked this room last minute and the staff were very accommodating to my needs. I was able to do an early check-in and the room was spacious even without a window. The room also had a mini refrigerator and they provided me with bottles of water when I asked for a refill. Also, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. Very convenient. Cons: The walls are a bit thin and I could heard the group next to my room during the night.

Fragrance Hotel - Oasis has exceptional customer service. Due to sudden unforeseen changes to my travel plans, I had to reach out to the management team, and they handled everything with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Communicating with them was seamless, and their attentiveness to guests sets a really high standard. I truly appreciate their support and look forward to booking with them again on my next visit to Singapore.

Snug in the centre of town.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We also liked that the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. Also, free fresh water was provided. Cons: The shower head was behind the bathroom door.

Pros: Tiene delante una parada de bus. Cons: Es un hotel para ir sólo a dormir, la habitación es pequeñísima, sólo cabe la cama y poco más, es carísimo para lo que te ofrece pero Singapur es inviable, todo muy caro.
