Three days was not enough at this lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond if you required anything. The facilities

Pros: I liked the design of the rooms Cons: 1- One of the staff was rude and unwelcoming, after a long flight to reach the hotel with my wife and my kid , one of the language guys guided me to her to do my check in, the first attitude from her side not a greeting as I did, but said ( give me one minute ) with an upset tone. 2- they couldn’t accommodate for me an early check in not an late check out, they are absolutely unhelpful. 3- the toilets doesn’t seem to have been properly cleaned after the previous guest. I noticed multiple stains on the floor. I prefer not to mention what kind of stai

Unfortunately this hotel is no longer up to my expectations.

Pros: I have stayed at Grand Hyatt about 10 times this year and each time there is a different problem. I like the hotel location but unfortunately will not be staying there again. Enough bad service is enough. Cons: Unfortunately it took me around 2 hours to check in, there was only one member of staff, everyone was complaining, we were tired after a flight and the staff were just not bothered. Some were stood around talking whilst there was only one to book people in. I arrived at 11 am, was told to come back at 3 pm, eventually got the wrong room at 5.30 pm, was just too tired to compla
