hope they have lifts fixed soon as we pre booked some months ago again if not will cancel and stay somewhere else

Pros: location Cons: we realise lifts weren’t working but still didn’t expect that amount of stairs , couldn’t sit straight on toilet as very cramped space power points for hairdryers etc on opposite wall from mirror , shower over bath not ideal

Stressful and not relaxing

Pros: Close to festival centre and casino Cons: The elevator wasn’t working so had to tackle the stairs which seemed never ending The step to the bathroom made it tricky at night time When visiting the toilet in the dark

Great location and excellent value.

Pros: Location near the convention centre was ideal. Staff pleasant and helpful Cons: Obviously facing a challenge at present with their lifts being out of action. Be nice if they weren't using home brand items for breakfast and perhaps had some stewed fruit. Even canned fruit, Also UHT milk does not cut it in Australia.

Cons: No lift working and room situated next to the laundry room with noise all night
