Stay was good.Was overcharge for my room took a lot of effort for hotel to rectify the overcharge

Pros: Great location , clean . Cons: Front desk staff less than helpful.Needed management to resolve my issue.

Lage ganz gut, Aussicht phänomenal, Frühstück ok.

Pros: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Hafen was sehr schön war. Die Lage war nicht schlecht, mit Taxis(günstig) konnte man die Stadt erkunden. Cons: Das Frühstück im 5 Sterne Hotel hat uns nicht besonders gefallen, was aber an der persönlichen Erwartungen liegt. Damit meine ich auch den Vergleich zu anderen 5 Sternen Hotels.

Pros: The harbour views were beautiful, and the rooftop pool overlooking the water was definitely a highlight. The rooms were pleasantly decorated, and we especially appreciated the lovely lighting in the showers, which was a thoughtful design touch. The staff were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. In particular, the bald gentleman with glasses at the entrance was fantastic at helping guests with their bags as people arrived and departed. His helpfulness and attentiveness really stood out! The lady providing towels at the pool was also lovely and added to the positive experience. Ov
