Pros: The hotel is nicely located if you do not want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of TST

Pros: The hotel is nicely located if you do not want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of TST. Calm area, yet on the ocean with great views and a metro station and ferry point to central and north point close by. Cons: I would have appreciated some complimentary bottled water in the rooms and in the hotel gym. Also, the tower rooms were only equipped with an in-bath shower with curtains, whereas a walk-in shower would have been much nicer.

Good location but not enough clean rooms.

Pros: Location is good. The view from the rooms is nice. Cons: Carpets and furniture are old. Because of dust on the carpets, it smells. Rooms are not clean. Bathrooms are also not clean.

The location and the room service lady called funny she was funny for real. If you stay there and she does your room you can't miss noticing her humor I think they named her funny and she took it seriously. Funny be blessed and do a stand-up comedy
