Pros: I arrived in the middle of the night, so it was helpful that there was a shuttle bus from the airport. Cons: Due to flight delays, we arrived close to 2 am in the middle of the night

We had informed in advance that it would be around 1 am. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that the bed for my daughter was not ready, and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes for it to be prepared. We had made a reservation for 3 people, and we had notified that it would be a late check-in, so we felt it was unreasonable.
