Pros: Location Cons: I had requested a room with a queen bed, I was promised that, but on check in I was told such a room was not available. I had to take the two-single-beds room (which was later changed). The supervisor at the check-in time (Priya) was most unhelpful and would not even make eye contact while telling the check-in clerk that my requested room type was not available. Priya was downright rude and unhelpful
