Hotel off to a bad start!
We had this hotel booked from Saturday, 15th November to Tuesday, 18th November. With a month remaining before flying out of Perth, I made a call to confirm the booking. They cancelled the booking, reporting that they were going to be closed for business.
No communication at all between the hotel and Flight Centre, or me, regarding this development. The scary thing is, if I had never made the phone call, wouldn't someone have contacted Flight Centre or me in time to not only get a refund but also book another hotel?

Great hotel with great service.
This is a great hotel. It offers the standard things, e.g., reasonable sized rooms, a pool etc. However, the staff really make the stay! Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay in their hotel (and Singapore) a great experience!

Great hotel with great service.
This is a great hotel. It offers the standard things, e.g., reasonable sized rooms, a pool etc. However, the staff really make the stay! Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay in their hotel (and Singapore) a great experience!
A Fantastic Location
A fantastic hotel, located in an area where everything is close, or just jump on the MRT. Jasmal the concierge was a wealth of knowledge, and always greeting with a wide smile. All amenities great!
