I loved my stay will come back
Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing
Pros: Beautiful room
Pros: Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Cons: Parking wasn't free.
I did not feel like we were supported and the staff at night was rude. Overall it was an awful experience and I would no
Pros: The location was great. Cons: I called to have the sofa bed set up but when we arrived we were told that no one could set it up for us. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The next morning at check out I told the new person at the desk what happened and she said there was someone on staff that could have helped us.
Everything was great very happy with my stay!
Everything was great very happy with my stay!
Will consider other Hyatt House properties when traveling
Pros: It was perfect for us. We wanted to explore Shadyside, Oakland and museums. Liked the suite with kitchen and onsite parking Cons: long walk to the room and some elevator issues
