Pros: The location was great. Cons: I called to have the sofa bed set up but when we arrived we were told that no one could set it up for us. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The next morning at check out I told the new person at the desk what happened and she said there was someone on staff that could have helped us.

Will consider other Hyatt House properties when traveling

Pros: It was perfect for us. We wanted to explore Shadyside, Oakland and museums. Liked the suite with kitchen and onsite parking Cons: long walk to the room and some elevator issues
