Excellent location in facility would definitely stay here again
Pros: The breakfast, the pool and the facilities and location was excellent. They had a large fridge which was also great and the room was very nice. Gym was 24 hrs Cons: Our room specifically had an ant problem that was not able to be taken care of. They did try to help it, but they had to spray something that was a little toxic, and in the end that ants were still there.

Great for a Bay Area staycation. Perfect weather for the pool.
The space is perfect for families for the following reasons: kitchenette, pool, reasonably priced food and drink at the on-site restaurant, friendly staff

Second Home and sweet family
I came to this particular Hyatt a few times. My Mother being in Hospice and me needing to travel from the Central Valley multiple times during her illness. I was greeted a few times by Bhuwan who was on the night shift. So very kind and caring- he also remembered me and asked about my Mother on a return trip. I really felt welcomed and looked after. Another excellent person at the property was Olena who helped me sort out my reservations. I needed to merge them and she and her staff made sure my room was secured and that I did not need to move in spite of my use of multiple free night certific
