Pros: Very helpful staff, willing to go above-and-beyond for our early arrival. Room was comfortable, clean and modern with a reasonable size. Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity were stable and strong, air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Shower temperature was hot enough. Price was excellent, considering the location is next to Rochor station (making it easier for our arrival on a rainy day), a short walk from major interchanges of Bugis and Little India, and a short walk from Jalan Besar station if you'd like to save time riding the Downtown-line loop. Pros: We had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Singapore Albert. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the excellent hospitality from the staff really made our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and great service.
