This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in all my travels. We stayed in the hotel’s so-called “Executive Room,” which is marketed as their best and largest offering. What we encountered was far from acceptable. The room was dirty, with bugs freely crawling around, mold visible in multiple areas, and cracked tiles in the shower. There was hair under the bathroom sink, holes in the walls, and a fan coated with what looked like years of dust buildup. The bedding and linens were old and stained yellow, and even the plastic hangers were broken. The Wi-Fi was completely
