average but dissapointing

Pros: location was excellent Cons: 1) As I checked in I was told there would be no hot water, electricity, internet, a/c or lighting in my room from 11pm - 4am. This was due to maintenance of the property. 2) The W.C was not clean with visible dirt on the cistern.
