Joy was very kind, as well as Cesar and Patricia who allowed us to leave our suitcases for 4 days as we were traveling to Malta and on our return, we were staying one more day at the hotel

Paola took us to the airport, ask for her at the hotel. As for breakfast, a bit scarce and with little variety.
