Pros: The location, the breakfast, the spacious room with bathtub and small snack tray, the welcome at the hotel and at breakfast Cons: The paid luggage storage (£5), the television with few channels and difficult to turn on, the shower version of the bathtub

Pros: Location is great. Got a different room with air conditioning upon request. Had breakfast nearby. Cons: Even with air conditioning, the room remained warm. Also an annoying metal squeaking sound coming from the elevator. Probably due to the elevator slowing down/stopping each time a squeak. Very irritating
