Good location and spacious room.
Pros: Near to mtr station, comfortable bed and spacious room. Cons: The train station does not have a lift on the hotel side so have to take note if you have a lot of luggage.

Pros: Loved the location and cleanliness. Cons: I dropped off my luggage in the morning, but my room wasn't ready by 3pm.

Super hotel in a great location. Good value for money for Hong Kong.
Pros: Booked room for family visiting from overseas. Great location, 2 minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR station and cross-border buses to China. Room was spacious and bright, bed linen was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, had natural light and windows that opened for ventilation. Room service was provided several times during the 2 week stay. There were several eateries in close proximity of the hotel. There was a useful kettle and mini fridge in the room. Would definitely stay again. Cons: The USB ports didn’t work in our room but the hotel provided a charger for us to use.

Pros: Location Cons: There is a door between the lift lobby n room. It could be a bit challenging to open the door when carrying big luggages. When going to the airport, the airport bus (A21) stop is quite far away from the hotel.
