Cool but the small room is too tiny
Pros: The property is very colorful and new. Just in front of the metro station. Cons: The room was TINY. And there are no sun-beds near the pool. The common area can be improved with more facilities or activities available for the guests

Superb stay in a clean and practical hotel in an ideal location
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Lyf One North. The room was snug but had a place for everything we needed, including our 3 suitcases, and plenty of space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was clean and practical, and the aircon was a lifesaver! The facilities of the hotel were great, the pool was lovely and we made use of the laundry area. The location was ideal for us, with the MRT just over the road and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.
Pros: The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming. The shared areas are also very well catered for, with good facilities and plenty of space to relax or work. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-run place to stay. Cons: The rooms are quite small, so it can feel a little cramped, particularly for a longer stay. The overall concept leans more towards an upscale hostel or co-living experience rather than a traditional four-star hotel, although the quality and facilities are certainly on par with many four-star properties.
Happy with our choice for a stay
Pros: room only but food options across the road in the office complex. A well appointed gym and cloths cleaning facilities and places to prepare simple meals and eat a takeaway. Bus service nearby and a MRT station across the road. Cons: very small OK for a couple but better suited to single occupant.
