Great hotel easy access to China town and public transport
Pros: The Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Simar the doorman who was always there to help us whenever we arrived or left the hotel. Cons: We weren't happy with the first room they allocated due to the impact of building work going on next door but this was changed on request and very happy with alternative offered.
Elegant luxury heritage hotel offering top class service
Pros: We spent two nights in the Juliet Club Suite with Club Lounge Access, which included Complimentary Breakfast, Cocktails & Snacks. We were delighted with the excellent service and the quality of the food and drinks on offer in the Club Lounge. Breakfast was amazing and consisted of a 3-course meal with a wide choice of dishes, hot and cold. Our room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. Every detail was taken care of. Despite construction work nearby, the room was very quiet. The staff was attentive and very professional. The hotel is a luxury colonial-style hotel, 3 storey
Lovely hotel, I would stay here again.
Pros: Loved the location. Siting on the Maxwell MRT line, perfect to travel all over and get to all the attractions. Breakfast options very adequate and to a great standard. Very clean hotel. Cons: Unfortunately the room was a little too small for the two of us. However, this was totally overlooked as we did not spend alot of time in our room!

Pros: Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Cons: Im Zimmer war die Badezimmertür eine Schiebetür, die nicht richtig zuging. Es gab keine Nachttische, weshalb es sehr umständlich war, Sachen abzulegen. Darüber hinaus war die Erfahrung im Pool von einer Geräuschkulisse der Klimaanlagen begleitet. Der Pool ist nicht groß, es kann maximal eine Person anständige Runden schwimmen. Wir hatten auf dem Zimmer außerdem Fenster, durch die wir nicht hinausschauen konnten, da sie viel zu weit oben lagen. Dh. Man könnte sagen, das Zimmer hatt
Un voyage dans le temps
Pros: L'accueil par l'officier sikh et le décor colonial très British sont exceptionnels, du jamais vu. Le dîner est également un très grand moment (cher également mais cela vaut le coup). Très bon petit déjeuner. Ne pas y aller pour la piscine mais pour une atmosphère incomparable. Chinatown (où est l'hôtel) est un quartier très agréable. Cons: Très bien à la réception mais le service en salle est quelquefois lent et aléatoire. La chambre était petite mais ce ne doit pas être le cas de toutes (donc peut-être à vérifier avant de réserver).
