Décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles – Peut mieux faire !

Pros: Chambre assez grande, et hôtel proche des transports en commun Cons: Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, on s’attend à davantage de confort, de modernité et de prestations de qualité. La chambre mériterait une réelle amélioration de ses équipements afin de justifier son classement et les tarifs pratiqués.

Pros: Café da manhã bom, com variedades, local bom. Cons: Pouca cordialidade da recepção noturna. Faltavam copos para água no filtro disponível no lobby. Era proibido pegar copos da máquina de café e na geladeira não havia água sem gás. Em resumo, beber água natural ficou impossível. Tivemos que subir, pegar um copo do quarto, descer e pegar a água do filtro. A senhora da recepção pouco se incomodou e nos disse para tentarmos ver se achávamos um copo no bar fechado: um descaso.

It was really nice for a sleep and catching a flight next day

Pros: I liked the vibe of the place, and the cleanliness and decor of the hotel Cons: The area wasn't that great there was nothing to do around and there was only one place to eat nearby, and the subway was far away.
