Awesome memories
Had a great experience staying at Novotel at Kitchener road ( Singapore) Syahindah at reception counter was very humble and helpful. She also cleared all our queries and helped with all our questions. Kuddos to her.
Great Experience
Very nice ambience. Ideal location. Good for family and solo trips. Rooms spacious and comfortable.
The stay was OK.
Pros: good location. Hotel situated near city square mall. Cons: Room cleaning service was poor, potter luggage service was not efficient and hotel staffs' not friendly. Buffet breakfast was not much of variety.
Thanks Mr. Reda for helping at front Desk
Very bad staff and worst experience
Non toddler friendly and very rude staff that Don’t recommend staying here
