I would NOT stay there again and I would NOT recommend it as a value-for-money 5-star.

Pros: This hotel is not 5-star. It is dated. Should only be 3-4 star at most. Cons: Facilities, dated decor.

We continually stay at the Orchard when we travel to Singapore.

Pros: Proximity to everything. Cons: Haven’t found anything we didn’t like.

Location ok

Pros: The bus station was just outside the hotel; the buses took us pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The metro station is 10 minutes walk or less. Cons: The shower door was not properly sealed so, we had the bathroom floor always wet and very slippery. They must know the problem because they put a rubber mat to use as if, it could solve the problem. It didn’t! Also, the bathroom was quite small and there was no surfaces to put our stuff.
