Pros: Gute Lage, schöner Pool Cons: Es ist dort gerade unglaublich laut. Man hat das Gefühl mitten auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen. Selbst in den Zimmern war es sehr laut. Leider war man am der Rezeption nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns um ein ruhigeres Zimmer bemüht (Megabaustelle direkt daneben). Das hat aber erst nach mehreren Versuchen geklappt.
Great hotel large rooms with good facilities.
Pros: Breakfast was adequate the location was close to all shopping and cafes. There was a hairdresser inside the hotel which was convenient. Cons: There were building works on the block next to the hotel which we were not aware of. The staff were very helpful moving us to a room away from the construction noise.

Pros: Location - ideal location on Orchard Road Staff - friendly and helpful staff Room size - we stayed in the superior king which had plenty of room Cons: We were on a non-smoking floor but smelt cigarette smoke in our bathroom (room 822) Amenities - please consider providing face / body towels for washing

Good value stay in an easy transport area.
Pros: Old style roomy high ceiling rooms with everything working. Swimming pool was superb. Cons: The room was quite spartan. No art on the walls, the coffee/tea selection was quite limited.
