Pros: Bed and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was nice, a lot of options. The air conditioning was really good, nice and cold. Cons: The shower didn’t drain well, and water often pooled in the shower floor until you turned it off for a while. Also the room smelt musty, could be from the humid weather, not sure…
Great place to stay in Hong Kong
We received upgrade to better room for free. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was excellent with huge variaty of choices. Location of the hotel was great, close to metro and walking distance from key attractions in the city. I strongly recommend the hotel.
Rude hotel manager Andy
Pros: Location Cons: Staff is pretty rude. Manager Andy was angry - he disagreed on what his previous day manager confirmed. He showed off attitude.
Pros: The location was very good and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Cons: The cleaning could be better. One time I used a cup in the room and noticed that it was not washed or replaced
I think the best thing about this hotel is its helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they were always kind and happy to assist us whenever we needed anything. The location is good and not too far from public transportation. The room was spacious and clean although ours felt a little gloomy because it faced the back of the building and had a small window.
