Ramada Hong Kong Grand View

Well below expectations. Won’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend

Pros: From the minimal interaction I had with them, the reception staff were friendly Cons: The wet market on the street right out the front is definitely off-putting. The location isn’t great - it’s a long way to any of the key attractions and the neighbourhoods limited for restaurants and cafes. The room was very dated and a bit dilapidated and smelled strongly of mould, poor water pressure and cold water during peak times

Pros: The staff were amazing. Helping navigate any queries we had. Cons: The rooms are good for sleeping and showering. No utensils. Just a jug and drinking mugs Fridge was small in size, if staying for a few days.

Mouldada

Pros: Nothing Cons: Mould in rooms Staff were rude Beds were so hard we thought we were sleeping on a bed base We had to change hotels and book elsewhere during our stay Pool was closed and we were never advised before the free cancellation period. With children, we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere

We didn’t join the breakfast

Pros: Location and one front desk clerk was friendly and kind But the rest of the staff tone of voice and deminors were perceived as rude Cons: Some of the staff are rude and not accommodating. Also, Advertising lunch but serving the breakfast menu in the buffet.
