A good location and a comfortable property, but the overall experience and customer service could be improved.

Pros: The location was very convenient and the property itself was comfortable. Cons: The stay felt very impersonal and completely self-service. There was no reception or staff available on site, and the instructions for accessing the property were not very clear, which made the arrival more confusing than necessary. We never saw any staff during our stay, there was no towel change or other service, and our experience with one member of staff over the phone was not particularly pleasant. Also, considering the property is located in Italy, it would have been helpful to receive the instructions

Tout près de l'aéroport, à 15 min de marche du bus-navette, cetait parfait pour prendre l'avion le lendemain matin!

Good choice for 1 night before a flight. Kitchen was very good with basic needs . Appreciated the refrigerator.

Pros: Location , and their small bread pizza shop was excellent! Cons: Sufficient , good hot shower and good bed, room is small but sufficient.
