Outstanding Service from Coby and Talen at Royal Plaza Hotel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A big thank you to Coby and Talen (Health Club Team) at Royal Plaza Hotel. We accidentally left some belongings behind after our stay, and they kindly kept them safe and made sure we got everything back. Their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. We truly appreciate their help and would gladly stay at Royal Plaza Hotel again. Highly recommended!

良い夏休みになりました。

Pros: スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で親切にしてくださり、清掃をされている方々の雰囲気も優しくて安心して過ごせました。部屋は、シングルベッドが2台とキングサイズベッド1台あり4人家族には適しており睡眠は十分に取れました。また、バスルームは１つですがトイレが2箇所、洗面台は3箇所あり便利でした。子供達が宿題や勉強をするのに適したデスクも2箇所あり、ダイニングテーブルも十分なサイズだったので使い勝手が良かったです。掃除も毎日行き届いており、排水も詰まったりせず感謝しております。 Cons: 特に不満は無かったですが、強いて言うなら朝食のセットにバリエーションがあると嬉しいです。毎日同じに近い内容になるので、例えばチャーハンや粥などのご飯物や、卵料理の付け合わせの野菜にブロッコリーや人参を選ばせていただけるだけでも嬉しいです。ただ、隣接しているMOKOや近隣に食事をできる場所が多数あり、MOKOには日系スーパーマーケットがあるので、毎日食べることを想定されてないのかもしれません。

その前に泊まった香港島のFIGOhotelに比較すると断然良かった。

Pros: ルームメイドさん（中国人）がとても感じ良かった。 Cons: パンツをかけるハンガーがなかった。時計がなかった。

Nel cuore di Hong Kong

Pros: Splendida posizione, incastonato in un grande centro commerciale e con una stazione della metro interna, a 15 minuti a piedi dal Fish Market e dal Ladies Market. Camera molto grande, con ottimo WiFi, anche per App occidentali. Non abbiamo provato la colazione. Piscina enorme all'aperto, con acqua riscaldata, palestra, sauna e bagno turco, tutto ad accesso gratuito. Sicuramente tornerei qui in futuro. Cons: Nulla da segnalare.

Pros: Housekeeking staff were very friendly but not the reception staff and even more so the pool staff were not. The location is perfect 1 minute to subway and cleanliness Cons: Pool.staff Breakfast very poor for such hotel: pastries. Drinks. Eggs fruits and....that was basically it!!!
