Exceptionally pleasant and helpful host, comfortable accommodation and very close to the airport.

Pros: Our host, Luca, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before leaving the next morning. He gave us a guided tour around the area pointing out the local restaurants the night we arrived. Cons: The area around the premises lies almost directly in the flight path of aircraft and this becomes obvious from about 6am. This is mo reflection on our host.

Perfect stay for last night in Italy

Pros: Fantastic, helpful host. Luca is very kind and accommodating. Perfect location for flying in or out of FCO with convenient and economical shuttle service. Spacious, comfortable room with wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay here again! Cons: No complaints!

An excellent accommodation for Rome Airport

Pros: The accommodation is excellent for that overnight stay prior to flying home. It has a private balcony where you can have a snack with really good cafe’s and excellent restaurants nearby. We always stay at this place and are transported to the airport in the morning. Local supermarkets are also nearby for purchasing that Extra Virgin olive oil or wine for home. Luca is an excellent host and very helpful for local places to eat etc. Cons: There is nothing we dislike about the property. A breakfast is provided and although the area is small we felt well catered for.
