Friendly staff
Our stay at Sofitel Sentosa has been amazing. We were so well looked after by the friendly staff especially Ela at the buffet breakfast and Sam our room cleaner

Amazing family hotel with plenty to do on the island.
We loved our stay at Sofitel Sentosa, Yes its away from the main part of Singapore but it is a peaceful escape from the craziness also. The staff were amazing throughout and special mention to Sam that serviced our room everyday and always made an effort woth our three year old, he is so kind and pleasent. The food at the buffet was amazing we also had dinner at the cliff that was delicious. The pool is massive and even with it getting busy it wasnt overwhelming at all.

Pros: ホテル入口から開放感があり、庭やプールが和みました。深夜到着にもかかわらず、スタッフの方も皆さんにこやかに対応して頂けました。部屋も広く清潔で、連泊しましたが遊び疲れて帰宅してもきれいに清掃して頂けました。チェックアウトぎりぎりまで、プールで遊び、孔雀にも会えたので、大満足です。 Cons: とくに不快はなかったです

Have a nice vacation.
The property has a wonderful natural environment. Hotel staff Zhang Wei was extremely friendly. I will definitely come back to stay here. It is family‑friendly and very close to nature. I really loved it, and the location is very convenient. It is near the beach.
