Very comfortable and friendly.
Pros: Beautiful and spacious rooms and very clean. Lovely staff! Beautiful breakfastroom. A pub and beergarden is below which was nicely connected. Cons: Its a guesthouse with no elevators and a bit narrow stairs. Hard to pull the luggage up but the staff carried it.

Pros: Location for Finsbury Park Such accommodating staff Bed comfy Fan provided which was effective Lovely continental breakfast Lovely pub with rooms Cons: No built in air con but fans supplied Bathroom ridiculously hot, shower a bit small Cooked breakfast option - no offer, so no idea if it was possible

Very clean, brilliant breakfast, friendly staff who are helpful and really good location. The bed was super comfy, the who experience was excellent.
Lovely room but way too hot
Pros: The room design was lovely and matched the pictures, the staff were great and accommodating and helped me with my suitcase up the stairs, which was appreciated. The food from the pub was also amazing. Cons: There was no air conditioning in the room, and during the heatwave, it was really unbearable in there. A fan was provided but it did very little. I had to keep the windows open all the way at night with the fan on full blast and the combination of the two created a lot of noise - not prime sleeping conditions. The room was generally clean, but there was a bit of a stain on the inside
