Pros: L'ubicazione è ottimale, utile lo shuttle bus per le zone limitrofe. Bellissime le vetrate della camera con vista sulla realtà cittadina Cons: La reception è caotica e mal gestita, perenne fila e valigie in attesa considerando che accanto c'è anche la sala colazione ed è tutto a vista, il caos non è per niente piacevole oltre ad una colazione assolutamente non in linea con un 4 stelle. Arriviamo alla suite, stanza luminosa e spaziosa, con letto molto comodo ma è completamente inutile venga messa una cassa bluetooth se poi non si collega, come inutile che venga messa la macchinetta del ca

Comfortable and convenient high rise hotel

Pros: The bed is comfortable and bathroom small, but well equipped. The location is fairly good as it's easy to catch a cab right outside or a bus down the street, and it's a short walk to an area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Cons: Since it's a large hotel, the personal touch is missing; there's a constant stream of people at the check-in area. Another thing is that they've set an ashtray at the end of the ramp where you wheel up your suitcase, and it's also about fifteen feet from the door so every time you go in and out of the hotel you're assaulted by cigarette smoke.

The staff were very helpful. the room was very comfortable and clean. Good Location easy walk to the restaurant and shopping. The pick up bus is very helpful and convenient for the travelers.
