Pros: Good location, friendly staff, positive attitude towards meeting extra requirements, such as a high-floor room with a good harbor view. Cons: It seems like the 15th floor is under renovation, which is not convenient for rolling my suitcase 🧳. Can you assign a room further away from the renovation area? Maybe on the 16th floor.

Pros: Great location directly connected to the MTR, L4 exit, and in Tsim Sha Tsui. Tea and coffee in the rooms. Cons: Lack of a coffee shop or a small store in the evening. The air conditioning could not be adjusted.

Excellent location in Kowloon - Hong Kong
Pros: Good breakfast for Western culture. Very pleasant breakfast room with seating by the windows. Excellent location, close to the subway and the waterfront area of the island (tourist area). Availability and friendliness of the staff during check-in and check-out. Cons: Relatively small room. Price/quality ratio lower than hotels of the same range located in mainland China.
