My stay at the langham with my family was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe was cool and relaxed, room service was fulfilled with 5 stars. I highly recommend staying here. The staff and everyone here will take care of you and make sure your stay is safe and comfortable. We did go out to eat at the surrounding areas and centers so I can’t say much about the food, but by the looks it was always packed out so I’m sure it’s good.

Amazing experience, we are the pleasure of being served by Sam who was an amazing valet, and the girls at the desk June and Charlotte were also lovely. Highly recommend anyone staying at Hong Kong to stay at the Langham.

Candid opinion. I have already mentioned an incident of serving the dish which I'm not supposed to eat.

总体满意，唯一不满意的是预定的一个行政楼层房间多收了早餐费。

Pros: 非常好的酒店，位置方便，舒适度高，餐饮好吃，员工礼貌友好，最近几年每次来香港都住在这里。 Cons: 这次预定了两套行政楼层房间，本来都是自动含早餐的，可是平台上预订时一种房间选择写上“含早餐”，一晚价格比“不含早餐”的房间贵出近100澳元。既然行政楼层的房费已经包含早餐，为啥有的房间选择还要加100澳元呢？请解释，或退多出的“早餐费”。
