Felt completely spoilt. Came here for some self care. I will be back!

Very very disappointing

Pros: The staff were unhelpful , we arrived later than planned as our plane was 3 hours late. We arrived at the hotel , we had a table booked for 8.30 at the Italian restaurant.We arrived just before 9 pm to find the restaurant closed at 9pm and the restaurant would not serve us. I was amazed a London restaurant would close so early. We were told to go to the cafe , which did burgers and fish and chips . Cons: Staff were unhelpful and quite unfriendly. I was charged for one night before we arrived then on arrival I was charged for another two nights so 3 nights even though we booked for 2. I s
