Pros: Staff Cons: Complicated lobby navigation Extremely low speed internet Unpleasant shower experience: Unstable water temperature, fluctuating between cold and hot. Broken climate control: The unit blows cold air noisily at hurricane-like intensity, then stops in auto mode. The fan speed appears to be the same at low, medium, and high settings. No laundry bags. No tissues in the room. No sanitary kits.

Nice hotel based in a very busy shopping area. Rooms are on the small side, but the communal areas are very nice. Staff all helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as you would expect.
