Pros: Friendly staff. Clean room. Available amenities like coffee/tea, hot or cold water. Good condition of aircon and shower heater. Cons: Building rather dated, especially elevators which are being upgraded and therefore inadequate for rush time traffic. Due to compact size of the bathroom, the poor positioning of the shower head creates challenges while showering to prevent wetting everything else in the bathroom.
